Registration Policies
Claiming Report of Grades
Requirements:

Procedure:
-
The student secures his Final Permit from the Accounting Office. accomplishes it then proceeds to the Office of Registrar, presents his/her ID Card and Certificate of Registration (COR), mailing envelope with stamp, then presents to the officer in charge to get the Report of Grades.
Change of Grades
The request for the change of grade is applicable only to the grades given by the teacher concerned during the preceding semester. Name or grade omitted in the grade sheet may also be included in said request.
Procedure:

The concerned teacher should secure a blank Form be fill out properly and submit to the Office of the Registrar for evaluation

The teacher submits the original class record and other supporting documents.

Request should be placed in the agenda of the Academic Advisory Council Meeting.

The Academic Advisory Council should approve the request in a regular meeting before any grade is change.
Change of Matriculation
A student
may add or cancel a course or transfer to other sections provided
that the request for change is based on valid reasons.
Leave of Absence (LOA)
A student is entitled to a leave of absence for a period not exceeding one year.
A student who files for Leave of Absence should seek college permission and approval of all his respective Instructors and Dean of the concerned collie.
Any student who leaves the college without said approved LOA shall be denied re-admission except for a meritorious reason as cases to be determined by the Dean of the College.
Cross Enrolment
With approval of the Dean a student may cross enrol in another school duly certified with the Registrar in a course or courses required by his program which are not offered by the University at the time he needs them. No credit shall be given for any work done in violation of this rule.
Students from other schools may cross enrol in the University of Makati upon presentation of required documents from school/college of origin.
Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
If a student who is currently enrolled wants to withdraw from the University, he must proceed to the Office of the Registrar for the cancellation of all his semestral courses and a request for Transfer Credentials. If he is not currently enrolled he may request directly for a Transfer Credential.
Any student wishing to transfer to another school must secure clearances from the different departments/heads concerned after paying the required fee.
