Registration Procedure
Old Students

Procedure:
-
Student secures his curriculum checklist and advising slip from Dean's office of his college, then fills out the advising slip with his preferred class schedule for his major and general education courses/subject under the program he is qualified.
1.a. Student with approved pre-advised schedule must review and check his course load from the official class schedule posted at designated areas to find out if there are any changes -
If necessary, the student proceeds to the P.E./NSTP(ROTC/CWTSLTS) Registration area to enlist in the said course/s. The advising slip should be stamped properly.

The student proceeds to the designated areas for PIA, TMC, SSG and school organization/club for the necessary membership fees. (The advising slip should be stamped properly).

The student proceeds to the Office of the Registrar (Mezzanine, New Administration Building) for Encoding
4a. Only student who has accomplished Procedures 1 to 3 shall be encoded. -
The student proceeds to the Accounting Office for the assesment.

The student pays the necessary token and other fees at the Cashier's Office. The cashier accepts payment! issues the Official receipts and affixes his signature.

The student proceeds to the Office of the Registrar and presents his encoded Advising Slip & Official Receipts for COR printing and ID card formalization.

The student receives the copy of his COR and validated ID card.
Note:

Only students who accomplish Procedures Step 1 to 8 shall be considered officially enrolled and registered.

No student shall be accepted to section/class where he is not officially enrolled/registered. No credit shall be given for unofficially registered course/s. Instructors/professors should check the COR of their students.

Change/s on class schedule/load should be done oficially through the Change of Matriculation procedure.
